- Shipping times : 1-3 working days / 2-4 working days for islands. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, from 11am to 5.30pm (CET). Orders confirmed after 2pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.

- Free returns within 14 days. The amount relating to the returned products, once the return has been accepted, will be fully refunded with the exception of the original shipping cost, incurred at the time of the order.
